✨ A Beautiful Day of Fellowship in Detroit! ✨ Yes ✨ A Beautiful Day of Fellowship in Detroit! ✨ Yesterday, the Cosmo family had the honor and privilege of worshiping with our brothers and sisters at Partakers Church Baptist for Family and Friends Day. For the third time, we were blessed by their warm welcome, genuine hospitality, and spirit of love. It was a joy to share in worship, fellowship, and the Word together. Our very own Rev. Dr. Eric D. Clopton, Sr. delivered a powerful message entitled “I’m Coming Out!” Drawing from the resurrection of Lazarus, Pastor encouraged us to bring our problems to Jesus because He is able to call us out of every situation. Just as Jesus called Lazarus from the tomb, He still has the power to restore, revive, and bring us into newness of life. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue building Kingdom connections and strengthening the bond of fellowship beyond our walls. Every challenge, every delay, every season of waiting, and every difficult experience can become part of God's preparation for the next chapter of our lives. When God calls, He doesn't ask us to be perfect—He asks us to be willing. The same God who prepares us is the God who equips us for the assignment He has already planned. Today we were reminded that we serve a Savior who Today we were reminded that we serve a Savior who truly understands our pain. In "Jesus Went Through It, So That I Could Get Through It," based on 2 Corinthians 1:3–10, we explored how God meets us in our suffering—not only to comfort us, but to strengthen our faith and equip us to encourage others. The Apostle Paul testified that even in overwhelming trials, God's comfort never failed. Likewise, Jesus endured rejection, betrayal, suffering, and the cross so that we would never have to face life's hardships alone. Because He went through it, we can make it through every challenge with hope, courage, and confidence in God's faithfulness. The message reminded us that our trials are not the end of our story. God uses our moments of pain to deepen our dependence on Him, reveal His power, and prepare us to minister to others walking through similar seasons. His comfort is not meant to stop with us—it is meant to flow through us. As we leave this message, may we remember that whatever we face, we are never without God's presence or His promises. The same God who sustained Paul and raised Jesus from the dead is able to sustain us today. We can endure because Jesus went through it, so that we could get through it. @dredclopton @kyra.clopton
